AP3155 is a UV adhesion promoter for use when printing on HDPE, Acrylics, Metal, Aluminum, Coroplast, Polystyrene, Glass, and other substrates that are hard to print on. This product is used with LED and UV curable inks and eliminates all adhesion problems encountered when using a UV or LED flatbed printer

AP2155™ Application Instructions for UV sand LED Curable Inks:
  1. Use Nitrile or Latex gloves and safety glasses when applying AP2155.
  2. Use in a well ventilated space.
  3. Attach sprayer to AP2155 bottle.
  4. Spray AP2155 onto the substrate and wipe off with a white lint free wipe or microfiber cloth (the substrate will feel slippery)
  5. Insert the substrate that has been sprayed with AP2155 into the printer and print the image.
AP3155™ Application Instructions for UV sand LED Curable Inks:
  1. Use Nitrile or Latex gloves and safety glasses when applying AP3155.
  2. Use in a well ventilated space
  3. Use a microfiber cloth or a clean, white, lint free wipe saturated with AP3155 to apply the adhesion promoter to the substrate. Make sure to cover the entire surface evenly.
  4. Use a microfiber cloth or a clean, dry, white, lint free wipe to wipe off AP3155. The substrate will be slippery and have a thin layer of adhesion promoter.
  5. Insert the substrate that has been prepared with AP3155 into the printer and then print image with UV or LED curable ink.
  6. The ink and AP3155 will cure together due to the printers UV or LED lamp.
AP3155™ Paint Gun Application for UV Curable Inks:
  1. Use Nitrile or Latex gloves and safety glasses when applying AP3155
  2. Use in a well ventilated space.
  3. Mix AP3155 with Acetone with a 50/50 ratio.
  4. Spray AP3155 onto the substrate with a metal spray gun. Make sure to apply a thin even layer of adhesion promoter and use a fine tip nozzle with the sprayer
  5. Insert the substrate that has been sprayed with AP3155 into the printer and print image with UV or LED curable ink.
AP3155™ Glass Special Instructions:
  1. Only print on the tin or float side when printing on glass.
  2. Use a black light to determine which side is float or tin. The glass will glow on the side that is float or tin.
